This modern loft escape is located just minutes away from Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument and some of the most scenic hiking in the world. It's ideal for couples, families, and groups of friends.

The Space

Tiny, but full of amenities! Barrel Cactus Loft Escape is our original tiny house model. It sits at the top of the hill and looks out across the property, surrounding mountains, and beautiful canyons.

This is our largest home at 570 square feet, with 400 square feet on the main level. The 12-foot ceiling and open loft add an additional 170 square feet and a feeling of openness.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom features:

• Queen bed

• Flat-screen Smart TV

• Small desktop workspace for laptop use or getting ready for the day

• Place to hang clothes

• Additional storage space under the bed for luggage

• Thermostat for individual climate control

Loft Area

The loft area is open to the kitchen and living room and includes:

• Two XL (extra-long) twin beds

This space is great for playing games, storing extra gear, or relaxing. The ceiling height is just under 5 feet, so taller guests should plan accordingly.

The kitchen and living room feature an open floor plan with a sliding glass door that opens to the deck, offering incredible views.

The property is just 10 minutes from the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument.

A vehicle is required to get around in southern Utah. A 4WD vehicle with high clearance is recommended if you plan to explore off-road destinations.
