The Space

More than just a place to stay, this charming cottage is your haven for relaxation. Unwind after exploring national parks in the spacious living room or gather around the fire pit in the private backyard – it's the perfect place to recharge and reconnect.

Living Room: Large sectional sofa, Smart TV, games, ceiling fan.

Gourmet Kitchen: Stainless steel appliances, equipped with a blender, toaster, muffin pans, cookie sheets, pots, pans and a hand mixer. Kitchen island with seating for two, dining table with seating for up to seven.

Master Suite with Ensuite Bathroom: King bed, ceiling fan, workstation, walk-in closet, pack & play, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, large vanity with extra counter space, private toilet room.

Guest Bedroom 1: Queen bed, closet, ceiling fan.

Guest Bedroom 2: Twin bed, twin trundle, closet, ceiling fan.

Guest Bathroom: Tub/shower combination, vanity, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner & body wash.

Laundry Room: Full capacity washer & dryer, access to backyard.

Backyard: Fully fenced, desert landscaping, outdoor seating and table, umbrella, gas fire pit.

This property is a pet friendly property and does require a $50 pet fee if you plan on bringing your furry friends. Pets are NOT allowed to be unattended in the home.

Neighborhood

Peaceful Palace is located in the Kanab Creek Ranchos, a very family-friendly neighborhood nestled against the hills surrounding Kanab. It's a short drive to Ranchos Park, which has a playground and plenty of space to relax and play your favorite games in the large, open, grassy space. The park also includes a walking trail - perfect for going on a stroll with your loved ones and pets!

There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book: Squaw, Bunting and K-hill, all offering wonderful views. As well, Jacob Hamblin park has a playground, field, pool with slides, splash pad, and tennis/pickleball courts; Kanab City Library is nearby and often has books for sale; Ranchos Park has great baseball fields; Best Friends Animal Sanctuary has great guided tours (they welcome donations). Also consider the local restaurants, bakeries, and ice cream shops.

Getting Around

This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, as well as the north rim of the Grand Canyon. Just minutes away from downtown Kanab, this home makes accessing local restaurants, shops, and grocery stores easy!Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.
